Movement doesn’t have to be all or nothing in late pregnancy. Some days rest is the win. Some days small strength work is. Both can exist. I’m not trying to prove anything at 36 weeks. I’m trying to stay connected to my body in a way that supports what’s coming next. Recovery starts before birth — but it doesn’t have to look intense.
