We all have demodex living in our eyelashes and eyebrows but when they build up or your skin and eyelashes, they can cause itching, crusting and redness. This can be treated with dilute tea tree oil (found in demodex wipes) or hypochlorous acid spray. Severe cases may require ivermectin.
