As spring arrives, bighorn sheep 🐑 resume their diet of grasses and clover. (Eating woodier plants like sage and willow in the winter). ☘️ They are ruminants with a 4-part stomach that allows them to eat a lot, then retreat to a cliff, safe from predators, to rechew and digest.
