Congress hears more testimony about UFOs: ‘We are not alone’

A Colombian pilot recorded a supposed unidentified flying object (UFO), also called an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP), while flying at 12,500 feet. The object is somewhat disc shaped and shiny. Some are saying that the video is solid proof of an undisclosed technology, while others are claiming it's nothing more than a solar balloon which has a similar shape and color.
