Wouldn’t you think chocolate milk is just chocolate & milk???? Yea, me too! But unfortunately that does suite the food industry giants any good to keep us healthy. So they add emulsifiers, stabilizers, gums, sugar and junk to everything. Here’s my tip for chocolate milk: buy a nice packet of cacao or cocoa powder and add it your milk of choice and froth it up!
