Cable machine punching routine from the "Man Cave". One of the first things I installed after painting my "Bas room" was this fun device so I could keep doing my cable machine routine. Believe it or not, great for punching power, technique, core and stamina when you really push it. You also learn where to find moments to breathe since you are putting stress on your core the whole time, and you should know by now that your chest expansion opens up your lungs, lungs by themselves don't do anything
